A renovation and upper-level addition renew this character sandstone home for contemporary family living. The design retains the warmth of the original stonework while introducing a light-filled level connected to the surrounding tree canopy.
The kitchen and dining spaces are reworked for everyday use. Timber windows and natural finishes maintain a connection with the home's original character.
At the rear, glazing and covered decking extend the living areas towards a private pool setting. The result brings additional space and flexibility without treating the original home as something to erase.
