Plans or site photographs can help, but they are not required to begin the conversation. Tell us your priorities and what you want your home to make possible.
If you are already working with a designer, let us know which parts of the design, approvals and documentation are complete.
What happens next
An initial discussion helps establish whether the project is a fit and what information is needed next. The starting point may be design input, a review of your existing plans or further investigation of the site.
Design appointments, consultant responsibilities and fees should be clear before work begins. An early conversation is a starting point, not an approval or a guarantee of cost.
