Halyx is a boutique residential building business focused on custom homes, additions and renovations. Our approach brings together the way a home is designed, the realities of building it and the people who will live in it.
We work with in-house designers and external design collaborators. The right arrangement depends on your project, whether you are beginning with an idea or bringing an established design team.
Design that belongs to the site
Orientation, levels, access and outlook all influence the possibilities of a home. We believe these should be part of the conversation from the outset, alongside your brief and budget.
The aim is not to impose a signature style. It is to create a home whose spaces, materials and details make sense for the people and place.
